This Privacy Policy describes how IntimaTrack (“the App”), published by TrackLabs Studio (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the App on iOS.
Summary
- Journal entries and related data are stored on your device only (SwiftData local database).
- We do not sell your journal data.
- We do not provide cloud backup or multi-device sync for journal data in the current version.
- Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit; we do not receive your payment card details.
Information you provide in the App
Depending on how you use the App, locally stored data may include:
- Activity logs (category, date and time, duration, notes, mood, intensity, and optional health-related fields you choose to record)
- Custom log types and category settings (premium feature)
- Partner names or identifiers if you add partners in the App
- App lock settings (PIN is stored in the device Keychain; Face ID / Touch ID uses system APIs)
- In-progress timer state stored locally while logging
This information stays on your device unless you choose to export or back up your device using Apple’s system tools (e.g. encrypted iCloud or Finder backup), which are governed by Apple’s policies.
Information we do not collect
In the current version of the App we do not:
- Require you to create an account with us
- Upload journal entries to our servers
- Use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the App
Subscriptions and purchases
Premium features are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store. Apple processes payment and provides us with subscription status (entitlement) needed to unlock features. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
App permissions
- Face ID / Touch ID (optional): used only to unlock the App when you enable app lock.
- Widgets: the Quick Add widget opens the App via a URL scheme; it does not display your journal on the Home Screen.
Data retention and deletion
Data remains on your device until you delete entries in the App or remove the App. Deleting the App removes local app data from your device (subject to iOS behavior and any device backups you keep).
Children
The App is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will assist with removal on the device.
International users
Because journal data is stored locally, you control where your device is located. If you use the App in the European Economic Area or other regions with privacy laws, you may have rights regarding personal data; for data stored only on your device, exercising those rights is primarily through deleting data in the App or on your device.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
